Every hooman at Mutts and Mittens Active (Kovan) is great, they try to understand my dog Jonahs who is quite shy and work with him to draw the best out of him. After a few months Jonahs looks forward to his daycare sessions especially the morning swims with his hooman guide, as well as the shower and brushing after that! Though shy by nature, Jonahs just enjoys watching his furfriends play tag around him. When Jonahs comes home, I can see that he’s had a wonderful day at daycare !

M&M is the best decision we have made for Eggy’s daycare, after having tried a few others. The handlers are attentive and genuinely care for the dogs. Eggy always looks forward to his days at M&M, and he gets to swim, play and engage with other dogs. the updates we get throughout the day are a bonus, and provides a peace of mind. we have 100% trust in the handlers, and won’t go anywhere else for Eggy’s daycare. Always grateful and appreciative! 🙂
I recently boarded my dog at M&M for 7 nights and as a slightly anxious paw mom, i really couldn’t be happier with their service. you can tell that the staff there genuinely care about the fur kids and they are so kind. they are also responsible and meticulous when it comes to feeding and following instructions given. the 24/7 cctv as many reviews have mentioned is also a game changer. thank you, truly, to the M&M team. i can tell mochi had a great experience and we will definitely be back again - for swimming, daycare, and boarding. ❤️
Mutts & Mittens is fantastic! The swimming sessions are a big hit and the brain games keep my dog, Zhou, mentally engaged. Social interaction with other dogs is well managed, and the staff are attentive, caring, and clearly understand dogs. Zhou always comes home happy and exhausted. Highly recommended!
First boarding experience for my little boy, Roty 🐶 for a first timer like me, i felt anxious at first, but the team at M&M is very assuring and attentive, the team is also very patient and caring. All of these services ensures my little boy has the best experience and transition well to the surrounding during the stay. Pawrents can also access the 24-hr cctv and the team is prompt in updates and replies too. Oh, not forgetting that the place is clean and maintained very well. No mingling of dogs too, for my timid boy, this is important and he loves it there.
